我国广电网络经过 10余年的建设发展已初具规模 ,但目前广电网络面临政策不明、体制不顺、机制不活、资金短缺等问题 ,因此网络整合成为紧迫任务 ,必须采取措施 ,运用行政、市场、技术等手段积极推进资产整合与业务整合 ,做大做强广电事业。

For example, the policy is not clear enough, the system still has some bugs, the mechanism is somewhat inflexible, and always short of fund, etc. Facing these issues, the integration of the network seems to be the breakthrough of the reformation. We should take a series of steps, using administrative, marketing and technical measures to congregate the capital and operations, to make the business of radio film and television stronger.
