654-2和弥可保对以Semmes-Weinstein单丝检测糖尿病足部神经感觉的影响

摘要 目的观察654-2和弥可保对以Semmes-Weinstein单丝检测糖尿病足部神经感觉的影响。方法选择糖尿病足病人69例,随机分为对照组38例和治疗组31例,两组同时给予常规综合治疗。对照组局部给予胰岛素治疗,治疗组加用654-2和弥可保常规剂量治疗,8周后以Semmes-Weinstein单丝检测糖尿病足部神经感觉的变化。结果治疗组足部神经感觉的得分均值明显高于对照组。结论 654-2和弥可保可以有效地改善糖尿病足部神经感觉。 Objetive To observe the effect of 654 - 2 and methycobal on the sensation on diabetic foot (DF) examined by the Semmes -Weinstein monofilament.Methods 69 patients with DF were divided into treatment group (38 cases) and control groups (31 cases) at random. Two groups were treated routinely with general treatment simultanevusly, in addlition the control group were treated locally with insulin while the treatment group was added routine dose of 654- 2 and methycobal.After 8 weeks, the sensations in feet with diabetic foot were examined by the Semmes - Weinstein monofilament and indicated as scores. Results The average scores of sensation on diabetic foot in treatment group were higher markedly than control group.Conclusion 654 - 2 and methycobal can improve the sensation in diabetic foot effectively.
