摘要
针对模具制造的特点以及实际生产中出现的问题 ,采用DFM思想详细分析了设备资源动态约束检验的必要性和可行性。提出了一个检验设备资源动态约束的实用算法 ,该算法可以成功实现对设备动态能力的估计 ,辅助工艺设计人员进行工艺决策 ,具有全透明和应用简便等特点 。
Aimed at the characteristics of die manufacturing an d the problems appeared in actual production and adopted the thoughts of design facing manufacturing(DFM), the necessity and feasibily of dynamic constraint inspections of equipment resources were analyzed in detail. This algorithm could realize evaluation to dynamic ability of equipments and assist technological designer to carry out workmanship decision. It has the characteristics of thorough transparency and simple and convenient application.
