结合墙体材料的改革,对合理利用地方性建材资源来提高外围护结构的热工性能进行了阐述,同时对外门窗的气密性以及对能耗的合理调控等手段也作了介绍,以利于优化村镇住宅建筑有效地节能。

The walling material reform is elaborated. In order to utilize local building materials, enhancing thermal characters of exterior-protected construction and airtighlness of windows and doors some measures are proposed to properly adjust and control energy cost and meet the aim of energy saving, which will provide valuable references for energy conservation in residences in village and small towns.
