介绍了住宅区规划设计与其居住环境的新要求,提出了新世纪住宅功能与房屋内部空间的设置情况,指出配套的硬件设施与物业管理对于住宅的要求更加严格。

In this paper based upon introduction of new recfuirements in planning and dwelling environment design in residential quarter the situations of functions and internal arrangement of the residence in the new era are proposed. The accessory external facilities and real estate management will also require strict design for residence.
