结合ZL型装载机在施工现场维修的常见故障,阐述了液压系统的结构特点、工作原理和易发故障,并提出简单有效的排除方法和日常使用、维修中应注意的事项。

In this article combined with the failures existed in ZL mechanical loader the structural characters, operational principle and common failures of its hydraulic system are elaborated. Meanwhile, some corresponding elimination measures and the matters needing attention in daily maintenance are proposed for construction machinery.
