摘要
以瑞典人类环境会议、巴西世界环发大会和南非世界可持续发展高峰会议为背景,概述了人类对环境问题的认识过程。从环境污染的角度出发,提出了环境保护与可持续发展的关系。
According to the Sweden Conference on Human Environment, UN Conference on Environment and Development in Brazil and The World Summit on Sustainable Development the cognitive process on environmental questions of human is summarized. And regard to environmental pollution the relationship between environmental protection and sustainable development is discussed.
