浅述山西省水利工程的招标与投标

Public bidding and bidding invitation in hydraulic engineering in Shanxi Province

招标与投标是最有竞争力的一种采购方式,它在工程建设领域得到了广泛的应用。通过多年的工作实践,结合国内外一些招标投标的情况,指出山西省水利工程在招标和投标中存在的问题及有待改进的方向。

Public bidding is a purchasing way with great competitive strength and widely applied in various areas in engineering construction. In this paper based upon several years' practices and combined with some bidding cases at home and abroad the problems existed in public bidding in hydraulie engineering in Shanxi province and their improvement measures are proposed.
