介绍了质量目标管理在现代企业管理中的重要作用,并对其具体实施过程做了透彻分析和阐述,指出质量目标管理和目标管理是相辅相成的,应将其有机地结合起来。
In this article the importance of quality management by objective in modern enterprise management is introduced, at the same time detailed analysis and exposition are made for its implement. The quality management and goal management complement each other and should be effectively combined together.
