摘要
列举了当前我国房地产业各市场主体失信的具体表现,分析了其产生的原因,论述了我国建立房地产业信用机制的重要意义,并提出了切实可行的应对措施。
The concrete discredit performances in the Chinese real estate market are listed. At the same time its causing reasons are analyzed. The significance of setting up credit mechanism in Chinese real estate industry is discussed and some practicable measures and suggestions are proposed in the end.
