介绍了建设部推出的工程量清单计价法将作为国家标准强制执行,并通过统一工程量计价办法,使分割多年的建设市场统一起来,促使工程造价改革进入一个快速发展的轨道。
The costing method based upon engineering quantity list proposed by construction ministry as a national compulsory standard is introduced. The introduction of this costing method unified the partitioned building market and promoted project construction cost innovation entering into a health development road.
