介绍了我国建设工程计价方式的现状,分析了其弊端,针对此指明了我国建设工程计价方式的发展方向,指出“控制量、放开价,由业主自主报价,最终形成价格”的基本模式正在逐步展开。

In this paper present pricing mode for construction project is introduced; at the same time its disadvantages are analyzed. According to those the development direction of the pricing method of the construction project is pointed out and the basic mode 'control quandty, relax price, self-pricing by proprietor to form price' is gradually form.
