随着建筑业改革的逐步深入,建筑市场日益完善,介绍了工程量清单下造价控制的四个阶段,指出科学合理的招投标办法,应该是企业管理水平、科技水平和装备水平等综合竞争力的体现。
With the development of reform in construction industry and perfection of building market the construction engineering contract main realized through pubic bidding. Author points out that scientific and reasonable public bidding method is a standard of comprehensive competitive power to reflect business management level, technological level and equipment conditions of enterprises.
