Project decision is the process to select and fix the capital investment its correctness is directly relate to the amount of engineering cost and effect of investment benefit. In this paper the relationship between project decision and engineering cost is elaborated; at the same time regarding to some factors influencing engineering cost in project decision analysis is conducted.
