婴幼儿唇裂患者颌面的照相方法及其重复性研究

The Photographic Method of the Infants with Cleft Lip and Its Repeated Inspection

欲获得同一患者手术前,术中、术后的同位可重复性照片,作者根据立体几何学原理,设计了一种新的、适用于婴幼儿的照相方法。通过对24名正常婴幼儿的间隔10分钟,6天时间的3次照相的重复性检验,出现改变的项目占照相重复检测项目的11%(2/18).作者提出进一步减小误差的方法是采用计算机自动校正照相误差。

In order to obtain repeated photograph in same patient at preoperation,inoperationand postoperation according to solid geometry theory the authors designed a new methodof photograph that is applicable to infants.Repeated inspection which were taken intervalof ten minutes and six days among three times of photograph by 24 normal infant,itshowed that changed checking item takes 11%(2/18)to repeated checking items of photog-raph.The authors advanced the method of reducing photograph error that adopted comp-uter automatic proofreading error.
