摘要
用瑞典模型方法,选用平均射速1294.5m/s和864.4m/s,重1.03g的钢珠分别致伤两组18只狗颌面部,造成颌面部重型火器伤,伤后不同时间观察颌面伤情及颅脑损伤变化,探讨颌面部火器伤伴发颅脑损伤的临界条件。本实验模型方式致伤时,其临界致伤射速是864m/s,临界致伤能量是249J,提示颌面部重型火器伤救治中要注意颅脑的合并损伤。
The Sweden wound model Was used to produce the severe maxillofacial wounds in this study.The dogs dividing into two groups were wounded with weighting 1.03g,impacting velocity1294.5m/sec or 864.4m/sec steelspheres.In order to study the critical conditions of maxillofacialfirearm wound accompaning cerebral injury from the aspects of velocity and energy of injury,the velocity and the energy of wound and the rate of cerebral injury were recorded and comparedeach other.The experimental results Showed that the critical injury velocity was 864.4m/sec,the critical injury energy was 249.3 joule in the wound model.
