摘要
以微粉石墨为主体材料合成出不同阶结构的FeCl3 NiCl2 GICs。应用XRD、SEM对产物的晶体结构与表面形貌进行分析表征。采用范德保法测量产物在常温常态下的电阻率 ,用MODEL960 0振动磁强计测量GICs在 0~ 7 95 8× 10 5A m磁场强度下的磁化强度、磁化率。测量数据表明异类原子FeCl3、NiCl2 插入石黑层间后 ,GICs的电导率增加 1 3~ 2 9倍 。
The super-fine graphite is used as main body to synthesize the acceptor GIC of FeCl-3-NiCl-2.Its crystal structure and surface appearance are investigated with XRD and SEM.The resistivity of products is measured by the method of Van De Pauw at normal temperature and pressure.The magnetization intensity and magnetic susceptibility of FeCl-3-NiCl-2-GICs are measured with MODEL9600 vibration magnetomerter under the magnetic field intensity(0~7.958×10 5A/m).The result show that after FeCl-3 and NiCl-2 were intercalated into graphite layers,the conductivity of GICs is as about 1^3~2^9 times as that of pristine fine graphite and the magnetic properties of GICs change from diamagnetism to paramagnetism.
