放电等离子烧结制备致密TiAl/Ti_2AlC复合材料 被引量:8

Fabrication of Dense TiAl/Ti_2AlC Composites by Meads of Spark Plasma Sintering

摘要 本研究以Ti/Al TiC为原料 ,采用放电等离子烧结工艺制备致密TiAl Ti2 AlC复合材料。制备材料主要由TiAl和Ti2 AlC两相组成。当原料中掺入体积分数为 7%的TiC时 ,Ti Al基体由γ相和层状相所构成 ,而Ti2 AlC颗粒则均匀分布在基体中。经热处理后 ,则转变为Ti2 AlC颗粒均匀分布在由γ相构成的基体中的结构。 Dense TiAl/Ti-2AlC composites were produced from mixed powders of Ti,Al,and TiC by meads of spark plasma sintering(SPS).The sintered products mainly consisited of TiAl and Ti-2AlC phases.When 7vol% TiC was mixed in the starting powders,the Ti-2AlC particles were uniformly dispersed in the Ti-Al matrix with the duplex structure containing γ and lamellar phases.After the heat treatment,however,its microstructures changed to that of Ti-2AlC particles dispersed uniformly in the matrix of a single and γ phase.Both the fracture toughness as well as flexural strength of these composites was evaluated.
