摘要
切除80只雌性大鼠双侧卵巢并拔除全部磨牙,采用 SPA-Ⅲ骨矿含量分析仪和 MIAS-200全自动图像分析仪,动态观察大鼠失牙后1~8月内雌激素低下所致剩余牙槽骨骨密度和骨面积变化,及其与全身骨(股骨)骨密度变化的关系。结果表明:(1)SD 雌性大鼠双侧卵巢切除术后雌激素明显下降,体重迅速增加,股骨和下颌剩余牙槽骨骨密度下降。初步认为可作为探讨雌激素缺乏与剩余牙槽骨吸收关系的动物模型。(2)雌激素导致股骨骨量丧失的同时,剩余牙槽骨骨量也明显丧失。(3)雌激素低下明显促进了大鼠剩余牙槽骨的吸收或减少。
After bilateral ovariectomy and extraction of all molars,the changes of bonedensity and bone area of residual ridges,which caused by low estrogen,were obse-rved dynamicly by using SPA-Ⅲ monophoto absorptiometry and MIAS-200 pictureanalytiometry during postextraction 1~8 months.The relation between residualridges density change and femur density change was evaluated also.The results wereshown as follow:(1)It may be considered as a useful animal model for studyingthe relation between the lack of estrogen and the RRR.Because the serum estrogenlevel was obviously decreased,the weight of rats increased quickly,and femur andresidual ridge desity was decreased after ovariectomy and extraction of all themolars in SD female rats.(2)The estrogen insufficiency caused the decrease of femurbone volume,and the residual ridge volume was decreased at same time.(3)The estr-ogen insufficiency promoted the decrease or absorption of residual ridge obviously.
