论素质教育与体育教师素质的培养

Education for all-round development and the training of the qualitie s of the P.E. masters

针对目前部分体育教师存在着陈旧的教育观念 ,单一的知识结构 ,落后于素质教育实践的教学方法和欠佳的心理素质等与素质教育不相适应的状况 ,根据素质教育对体育教师提出的新要求 ,提出了体育教师应具备全新的教育观念 ,多元、复合的知识结构 。

In view of the outdated educational ideas,sing ul ar knowledge structure,teaching method not suitable for education for all-round development,bad psychological quality of some P.E. masters,this paper proposes the new educational ideas,pluralistic knowledge structure,comprehensive abil ity and good mental and physical qualities that the P.E. masters should possess.
