摘要
本实验通过对 SD 雌性大鼠标记氚—四环素(H_3—Tc),并切除双侧卵巢后,应用标准液体闪烁技术测定术后3月大鼠下颌骨吸收程度。结果表明:1.用氚—四环素示踪法定量下颌骨吸收的量准确而可行,但具有一定局限性,不能全面反映骨量的丧失。2.实验组大鼠下颌骨骨吸收比对照组高19.5%,提示雌激素低下导致了有牙下颌骨骨量丧失,骨吸收增加可能是这种骨量丧失的重要原因之一。
The absorption degree of female rat's mandible was determined by using standardscintillation techniques for H_3-Tc method at 3-month after bilateral ovariectomy.Theresult showed as follow:(1)The Standard scintillation techniques for H_3-Tc methodis a accurate way for determining the absorption degree of the mandible but there weresome limitations and it was hard to show the loss of bone volume conprehensively.(2)The mandible reabsorption in the experimental group was 19.5% greater than thatin the control group.It indicated that the volume decrease of the mandible with teethwas caused by estrogen insufficiency,and the osteoclastic increase may be the mainreason.
