沙培林对人舌鳞癌细胞株的抑制作用

Inhibition Effect on Human Tongue Squamous Cancer Cell Line(Tca 8113)by Sapylin

沙培林(Sapylin)在临床上治疗口腔鳞癌具有一定效果。本文研究了 Sapylin 对舌鳞癌细胞株(Tca8113)细胞的抑制作用机理。实验证实:Sapylin 能抑制 Tca8113细胞的 DNA 合成;Sapylin 含量为0.015KE/ml～0.00375KE/ml,其抑制率为53.8%～61.3%。含量为1.0KE/ml时,培养8天后的Tca8113细胞集落形成率为0。提示 Sapylin 有抑制舌鳞癌细胞 Tca8113的作用。

Experimental study on the effect of Sapylin on cell growth of Tca 8113 is reported on as following.~3H-TdR incorporation test and colony forming test are applied to this study.The results show when concentration of Sapylin is 0.015 KE/ml to 0.000375 KE/ml,theinhibition rate of Tca8113 DNA synthesis is 53.8% to 61.3%;or when concentration is1.0 KE/ml,the colony forming rate is 0,8 days after incubation.It suggests thatone of the mechanisms of cell growth inhibition by Sapylin may probably be due toinhibition of DNA synthesis.
