摘要
本文以0.05mol/LNaoH为溶剂测定雌三醇的含量,可以增加雌三醇的吸收度。该法简便、快速、准确。测定E_(1cm)^(1%)为318.4,CV%为0.28%。
In this article, The determination of estriol was improved by UV spectrophotometry. The sample was soluted with 0. 05 mol/L NaOH and determining wavelength was 238±1nm. The E_(1cm)^(1%) and CV value of estriol were 318.4 and 0. 28 respectively. The method is simple rapid and accurate.
