摘要
教学策略是教师为实现教学目标或意图所采取的一系列问题解决行为.教师教学策略的不同会直接影响教学效果的好坏,最终影响到学生学习策略的获得及知识的掌握与能力的形成.教学策略是教学质量和效率的重要指标.高中数学教师教学策略可归纳为:计划与设计策略;时间管理策略与课堂管理策略;讲授策略;提问与分组讨论策略;学习指导策略;数学思想策略;评估策略等7个方面.
This investigation selected 350 math teachers in Heilongjiang senior middle school, and especially discussed and investigated the structure of teaching strategy for mathematics teachers in senior middle schools with both qualitative and qualitative methods. The investigation showed that the structure of teaching strategy for math teachers in senior middle school included designing, management, thinking, teaching, guidance, grade, etc. seven aspects in all.
