数学教师的教育信念是教师在教育教学中所形成的对相关教育现象,特别是对数学以及自己的教学能力和所教学生的主体性认识,它影响着教师的教育实践和学生的身心发展.教师信念问题的深刻启示:(1)充分认识教师信念的重要性;(2)教师信念是教师从事教育工作的心理背景,影响着教育教学实践,影响着学生素质的培养;(3)通过反思法可以训练教师;(4)以情感经历来提升教师信念.

The belief of mathematical teacher was his ideas about educational phenomenon, especially the ideas of mathematics and his students. Teacher抯 belief played the guiding role in his educational practice and development of his students. This paper put forward some new research ideas on the connotation, structure and research methods of belief.
