摘要
本文研究了以四苯硼钠为电活性物的涂碳罂粟碱敏感膜电极。该电极的线性范围为2.82×10^(-(?))~1.00×10^(-6)mol/L.检测下限为3.30×10^(-7)mol/L。斜率为59·0mV。用格氏作图法测定了盐酸罂粟碱注射剂,其含量为标示量的100.4%,cv为124%.回收率为99.0%~101。0%。cv<2.5%。
The coated carbon sensit ive membrane electrode of papaverine was prepared with tetraphenyl borate as the ele ctroactive material. The electrode showed a linear response to papaverine within the concentration range 2. 82×10~3…1.00×10^(-6) mol/L.The limit of detection was3.30×10^(-7) mol/L and the slope of the electrode was59. 0mv/ecace. Papaverine chloride injectio n was determined by Gran graphical methode. The coctent of the injection was 100. 4 % of labeled amount, cv was 1.24%. Recovery was99-101%, cv<2. 5%.
