有效保护商业秘密知识产权,必须建立《商业秘密保护法》。要解决该法调整范围、对象,商业秘密权的内容、归属、丧失,侵犯商业秘密权责任,司法程序对商业秘密的保护等问题。

In order to protect effectively the commercial secrets and intellectual property rights, Law Protecting Commercial Secrets must be established. The law must be clear about its boundary, object, the right of the commerical secrets, ownership and loss; about its responsibility for the offensive of commerical secrets; procedural laws protecting the commercial secrets, etc.
