摘要
运用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用和标准图谱,对三七花挥发油化学成分进行了分析研究。气相色谱测出106个峰。质谱测出59个化合物,从中鉴定了37种成分,测定了相对含量,以倍半萜类化合物为主,含量高的化合物为2.8-二甲基-5-乙酸基-双环[5,3,0]癸二烯-1.8(2.8-dimehhyl-5-acetoxy-bicyclo[5.3.0]decadiene-1.8),δ-愈创烯(δ-Guaiene),β-愈创烯(β-Guaiene)和δ-杜松烯(δ-cadinene).
The constituents of the essential oils from flower-buds of Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen was analyzed by GC/MS/DS From the oils 37 compounds were identificated and their relative contents were determined. 3 monoterpenoids and 16 sesquiterpenoids werc found in it. The content, of 2, 8 Dimethyl-5-acetoxy-bicyclo (3,5, 0, ) decadiene 1, 8, α-guaiene, β-guaiene and β-cadinene are high-er than others.
