摘要
本文研究建立了二阶导数差示脉冲极谱法(SDPP)对氯氮(艹卓)及其制剂进行定量分析的方法。在4.0×10^-4mol/LH_2SO_4的乙醇—水(1:1)的底液中,于0.19V(vs Ag/AgCl)处出现良好的SDPP 峰,在3.0~9.0×10^-4mol/L 范围内,浓度与其SDPP 峰幅值呈线性关系。检测限为8.0×10^-9mol/L。本法操作简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确。
ABSTRACT The secondary deriva-
tive differential pulse polerog rephy was
developed for the determination of the c-
hlordiazepoxide and its preparation.By
using ethanol-water(1:1)solution cont-
aining 4.0×10^(-4)mol/L sulfuric acid,there
was very good the secondary derivative di-
fferential pulse polarogram peak at 0.19V
(vs Ag/AgCl).The linear relarionship
between concentration and the secondary
derivative differo-ntial pulse polarogram
peak height was obtained in the conen-
talcentration range of 3.0~9.0×10^(-4)mol/
L.The determinatino limit is 8.0×10^(?)
mol/L.This method is simple,rapid and
sensitive.The result is accurate.
