摘要
本文在对裸鼠异位与常位移植人肝癌靶向性研究基础上,初次提出并证实了研究抗肝癌药物被动器官靶向制剂药效学时,建立常位(肝内)肿瘤模型的必要性和可行性。
On the basis to study
for the targeting to the heterotropic and
orthotopic transplanting human liver ca-
ncer in nude mice,this paper the first

ing up orthotopic(inside liver)tumor
model is necessity and posibility when
the pharmacodynamies of the passive or-
gans targeting preparations for anticancer
drug are investigated.
