概率方法在纺织产品质量检验中的应用

An application of probabilistic method to the quality test of textile product

本文用统计分析方法分析了针织厂原产品质量检验方案 ,指出了其不合理性 ;从该厂的实际出发 ,针对三种不同批量建立了新的检验方案。实际证明 ,新方案既可以确保产品出厂质量 (限定在AQL值内 ) 。

In this paper we analyse the quality test plan of original products in the textile factory and point out its unreasonable part by statistical method;starting from the fact of the factory we create new testing methods responding to 3 kind of different order quantity.Facts approve that,the new plan not only ensure that products possess good quality(restricted in AQL values)when they flow out of the mill,but also supervise the level of product quality.
