摘要
作者从1990年1月至1991年12月对26例患者施行了微波肝段切除,经临床应用表明:采用微波施行的解剖性肝切除不仅出血少,而且可最小限度地根治性切除含癌肝组织,最大限度地安全保存无癌肝组织。此外,该种手术操作简单,副作用少,减少癌细胞医源性扩散,与传统的方法比,具有明显的优越性.
Hepatic segmentectomy usinga microwave tissue coagulator guided byintraoperative ultrasonography is a newoperative procedure, which our researchunit was the first to start using from 1990.Up to now we have performed this kind ofoperation with success in 26 cases. Our re-sults suggested that the new proceduresimplified the original operation and great-ly reduced the risk of bemorrhage andiatrogenic spread of the cancer cells duringoperation. Besides, this operation as a kindof definite anatomic hepatectomy can mini-mally resect the tumor bearing tissue in aradical fashion, while maximally preservethe tumor-free tissue of the liver.
