This artical makes probability analysis on susceptibility and peculiarity, the two factors which influence on the accuracy and reliability of the lie test evidence. It concluds that it is hard to operate in practice with the technically satisfactory requirment. It also turns out to be undenificial to make use of lie test result as the proof of decision in civil proceedings.
