摘要
本文报道海产品中无机砷的巯基棉分离-二乙氨基二硫代甲酸银比色测定法。采用本法,用1.0~5.0μgAs、海带和虾皮进行精密度试验,其变异系数分别为5.6%~1.5%,4.4%和9.5%,用海带和虾皮分别做两个水平的加标回收试验,其回收率分别为82.0%~102.6%,83.0%~97.1%。对海带、虾皮等10种样品用本法和萃取法(国家标准方法)进行无机砷含量测定对比试验,结果表明两者间无显著性差异,且本法较萃取法操作简便,费用低廉,易于普及与推广。
A method of mercapto cotton/Ag-DDC determination for inorganic arsenicin seafood was developed. It is reliable andsimple-The coefficients of variation for1. 0-5. 0μg As(Ⅲ), kelp and dried small shrimpsamples are 1.5-5.6%, 4.4% and 9.5%.respectively. The recoveries of kelp anddried small shrimp samples are 82.0-102.6%and 83.0-97.1%, respectively. As comparedwith the results of the extraction method(Government standard) in the determina-tion of inorganic arsenic levels in 10 kindsof seafood. the results of this simple me-thod showed no significant difference.
