摘要
从土壤样品中筛选出一株能降解S.mutans产生的非水溶性葡聚糖的微生物菌株,经鉴定该微生物属假单胞菌属,定名为CIB871。其最佳生长温度为30℃,产生非水溶性葡聚糖水解酶(IGase)的培养基为多胨-IG-M_1盐溶液培养基,在该条件下该菌IGase最大活性出现时间是65~70小时。
A strain, CIB 871, isolatedfrom the natural world can hydrolyze in-soluble glucan(IG) produced by S. mutans.This organism has been identified to be astrain of Pseudomonas SP. It grows well at30℃. The optimum medium for producinginsoluble glucan hydrolase (IGase) is com-posed of 0.3% peptone, 0.03% IG and M_1salt solution (NH_4)_z SO_4 1mg/ml, MgSO_450μg/ml, FeCl_2 50μg/ml, K_2HPO_4 0.5mg/ml) .The IGase production reached maxi-mum when cultured for 65-70 hours.
