摘要
通过对煤炭氧化及自燃的机理与实验室试验研究,提出了4种用于防治煤矿井下采空区遗煤自燃的新的技术措施。经多年现场试验与推广应用研究及效果考察表明,4种新技术具有技术可靠、经济合理、操作简便的特点,尤其适合经济不发达的矿区使用。为方便同类矿区选择使用,还对4种技术进行了技术、经济比较与优化分析,并结合实际介绍了其中一种技术使用与效果,所得结论对开采自燃倾向性严重煤层的矿井,在如何选择有效防治煤炭自燃技术措施时,具有积极的指导作用。
On the basis of experimental study of the oxidation and spontaneous combustion mechanism of coal, the author raised four new techniques for the prevention and control of residual coal spontaneous combustion in the gob in coal mine. On-the-spot test, application and effect examination of these techniques in recent several years show that they are reliable in technology, reasonable in economy and easy operation, especially suitable for use in undeveloped mining areas. For easy selection and use of these techniques in the similar mines, the author also made technical and economic comparison and optimized analysis on these techniques and described the application effect of one technique in practice. The research results has a certain directive role for the coal mines with serious spontaneous combustion in selecting effective prevention and control techniques for coal spontaneous combustion.
