体外培养获取旋毛虫新生蚴的方法 被引量:3

摘要 本文报道体外培养旋毛虫成虫,获取大量新生蚴的简便方法.作者从实验感染小鼠分离感染期幼虫感染大鼠,而后从大鼠小肠收集成虫,置于盛M_(109)的组织培养瓶内,平放CO_2孵箱(37℃、6%CO_2)培养15~20小时,经过滤、离心及清洗收集新生蚴。所得成虫和新生蚴的活动度及蚴虫量表明,该法效果好,并具有经济、减少细菌污染及可从培养液提取成虫及新生蚴ES抗原的优点。 This paper reports a simplemathod for acquiring numerous newbornlarvae of Trichinella spiralis in vitro.Abults of T. spiralis, collected from smallintestine on rats which were infected withinfective larvae separated from mice infect-ed experimentally, were put into tissueculture bottle containing M_(199). Then thebottles were incubated in CO_2 incubator(37℃, 5%CO_2) for 15--20h. The newbornlarvae were collected by passing throughfiltration, centrifugation and repeatedwash. The results showed that this methodis effective in terms of the activity of theadults and newborn larvae and the amountof larvae gained. The method in economi-cal and can control bacterial contaminationto a certain extent and extract ES antigenof adults and newborn larvae from theculture solution.
