摘要
作者选用1株高特异性抗旋毛虫单克隆抗体2G_8B_(10)H_2,建立了单克隆抗体竞争酶联免疫吸附试验(competitive ELISA,简称cELISA),并进行了初步应用。结果表明:20只日本大耳兔在感染旋毛虫后17天有35%呈现阳性,31天全部阳性.对其中5只感染兔的血清终点滴度观察了142天,了解特异性抗体的变化规律.该规律为病程估计提供了线索。另外,其他蠕虫感染兔血清29份无1例假阳性发生。可以认为,单克隆抗体cELISA是一种灵敏、特异的旋毛虫病免疫诊断方法。
Monoclonal antibody compe-titive ELISA was devised with a highlyspecific McAb (2G8) against T. spiralis.Among 20 rabbits infected with T. spiralisexperimentally. 35%(7/20)were positive onthe 17th day post infection(PI); 100% pos-itive on the 31th day PI. No cross reactionwas found with 29 sera of rabbits infectedwith other kinds of helminth. The dynamicantibody titer of five infected rabbits serawere studied with this method. The changemay be helpful to judge the state of infec-tion. In short, anti-T.spiralis McAb com-patitive ELISA can be regarded as a sensi-tive and specific immunological diagnosticmethod for T. spiralis infection.
