摘要
用SDS-PAGE分析不同来源41株空肠弯曲菌外膜蛋白特征,根据外膜蛋白图谱蛋白带带到组合情况及主带迁移率可将其各分为7个和9个类型.对人源和鸡等动物源菌株外膜蛋白类型的比较,提示鸡等动物是儿童空肠弯曲菌感染的传染源。对腹泻患儿和健康携带者菌株外膜蛋白类型的比较,提示空肠弯曲菌的致病性可能与其外膜蛋白特征有关.用此方法,作者分析了一起幼儿园空肠弯曲菌感染的流行病学关系,结果表明该感染呈散发多源性;人-人传播对空肠弯曲菌感染具有意义.
The characteristics of outermembrane protein profiles of 41 strains ofCampylobacter jejuni from various sourcesby SDS--PAGE was studied. Seven and nineOMP patterns were differentiated respec-tively by the presence or absence of sixouter membrane protein bands and by thenumber and size of the molecular weight ofthe major protein bands. Comparing theOMP patterns of the strains from humanwiththose from animals, the authors infer-red that chickens and other animals mightbe one of the sources for the human infe-ction of Campylobacter jejuni in this distr-ict. A comparison between the OMP patte-rns of the strains from diarrhetic childrenand those from healthy carriers suggestedthat the pathogenesis of Campylobactrejuni be possibly associated with the outermembrane proteins. Using the techniques,the authors studied the infection of Cam-pylo bater jejuni in a nursery. The resultshowed the ihfection was sporadic and ofmulti-sources,as evidenced by the multipat-terns of the outer membrane protein pro-files. It also indicates that the person-to-person transmission plays a significant rolein the infection of Campylobacter jejuni.
