花丝多孔体内插元件强化管内对流传热的研究 被引量:2

摘要 应用花丝多孔体内插元件对管内对流传热的强化作用进行了理论分析和实验研究 ,得出强化传热Nu数和阻力系数f随Re数的变化关联式 ,并与光管传热作了比较分析。分析结果表明 :这种内插元件能使换热系数增长的幅度等于或高于阻力系数增长的幅度 。 The theoretical and experimental investigation of convective heat transfer in tubes using porous body twisted by metal wire as inserts has been carried out. The changes of Nusselt number and friction factor of the enhancement heat transfer tubes have been given as Reynolds numbers are varied, the results are compared with that of smooth tube heat transfer. The results show that the inserts can make the heat transfer coefficient increase equal to or higher than friction factor. The experimental results also get the best porosity of the porous body twisted by metal wire as inserts in use.
