摘要
分析了传统的滚动体修形的特点,提出了新的修形方法,根据新方法获得了新的修形曲线。有限元分析表明,新的修形曲线与对数曲线一样,可以避免滚子两端的边界应力集中。用新的修形方法还可以对滚子进行非对称修形,从而克服了对称修形无法避免的由偏载产生的“偏载效应”。
Based on the understanding of the conventional modification theory of crowning rollers, a new concept and method of crowning rollers
ate presented. The new curves used in crowning rollers are acquired from the proposed method- The finite element simulations indicate that exponential crowned rollers can eliminate the stress concentrations at the ends of rollers as efficiently as logarithmic crowned rollers. The proposed concept and method of crowning rollers can also be applied in unsymmetric crowned modification, therefore, the deflection effect of bearings which can not be overcome through symmetric crowned modification under nonuniform load can be avoided.
