摘要 在调度实用化验收和新建厂站的远动设备投产验收工作中,均需要测试厂站的模拟量变化和状态量变位至调度端的信息传输延时,用以检查该装置或系统是否达到技术标准。传统的人工电话同步测量方法已较落后,且缺乏科学性。文中介绍了一种利用全球卫星定位系统(GPS)接收装置和信号发生器组成的,并在主站端实施GPS同步的同步延时测量系统。该系统具有实用性强、准确性高的特点,可用于远动专项测试工作。 In the acceptance of the SCADA functions in control centre and that of the telecontrol equipments for newly built substation, the system time delay, i.e., from the time when the input signal has been changed to the time that the change is updated on the screen in control centre, should be measured to check whether the established SCADA or the equipments are satisfactory for technical specifications. Traditional artificial synchronous measurement of the system time delay via telephone is backward in technique. A new wide area synchronous time delay measurement system is presented in which the GPS receiving arrangement is combined with signal generator and the synchronization of GPS is carried out at the master station. This measuring system is accurate and practical.
