兔胸腺组织传感器酶促反应机理探讨

摘要 作者利用组织化学与电位测定方法,对兔胸腺组织结构与组织电极性能进行观察,结果表明:粗略研磨并经戊二醛固定的兔胸腺组织,细胞结构仍较完整,细胞膜脂质双分子屏障通道较自然细胞有所扩大,利用该组织制备的敏感膜电极性能优于自然状态的组织电极。并提出了“固定化粗略研磨组织膜上的活性酶系包埋于细胞框架中”的新设想。 The authors studied thepossible mechanistic model for substrate-enzyme interaction on rabbit thymus tissue-based biosensor by tissue chemistry andpotentiometric method. The results showthat cell construction of coarsely groundand immobilized fresh rabbit thymus ismostly intact. The channels of lipiddouble-molecule in the cell membranes wereexpanded. This tissue sensing membrane isbetter than the natural tissue membrane interms of electrode response. The membranehas been found to be usable for up to 25days with a response time of 8 minutes andslope of 51.2mV/decade. The authors sug-gested a new idea of 'frame' construction.
