摘要
配电网的故障恢复是一个多目标、非线性的复杂优化问题,不同情况要采用不同的策略。文中阐述了供电优化恢复目标的描述方法,并针对单区域供电优化恢复情况,提出了采用启发式搜索和邻域搜索法求解恢复策略的解决方案;针对关联区域供电优化恢复情况,提出了采用面向问题的遗传算法与邻域搜索法相结合的求解恢复策略,利用遗传算法选择供电路径,用邻域搜索法确定需要断开的分段开关,这样可使遗传算法染色体的长度大为减短,减少了遗传算法的搜索空间,加快了搜索速度。文中运用实例验证了所设计策略和算法的可行性。
The service restoration of distribution network is a complicated multi-objective and nonlinear optimization problem. For this reason, different strategies should be adopted according to different situations. For optimal service restoration of single region, a service restoration strategy based on heuristic search and neighbor search is put forward. For optimal service restoration of relevant regions, the combination of problem-oriented genetic algorithm with heuristic search is applied to the service restoration strategy, where the genetic algorithm is used to search the path of power supply and the heuristic search is used to determine the disconnecting switches to be switched off. Thus the length of the chromosome in genetic algorithm is obviously shortened, the search space is reduced and the search is speeded up. The feasibility of the presented strategy and algorithm is verified by practical examples.
