关于分配问题的若干思考

Reflections on the Issue of Distribution

讨论分配问题 ,必须坚持马克思主义关于分配的一些基本原理。分配方式取决于生产方式 ,我国现阶段实行的按劳分配与按要素分配相结合的分配制度 ,取决于我国社会主义初级阶段的所有制结构。分配领域的“公平”是一个历史范畴 ,不存在抽象的“放之四海而皆准”的公平 ,存在的只是具体的、与社会经济发展相适应的公平标准。

In discussing issues of distribution, some Marxist basic principles on distribution must be upheld. The mode of distribution is determined by the mode of production. The distribution system according to both labor and factors now practiced in our country is determined by the ownership structure of our initial period of socialism. The 'equality' in the area of distribution is a historical category, and there has never been an abstract or 'universal' equality. The existing criterion can only be a criterion for equality that suits social and economic development.
