肾移植后的远期肺部感染(附11例报告)

Pulmonary Infection in Late Post-renal Transplantation (Report of 11 Cases)

本文报道11例同种肾移植术后半年以上并发的肺部感染。发病率为6.7％,死亡率为90.9％。本文就肾移植后远期肺部感染的诱发原因、临床和病原学诊断以及防治作了讨论。

Eleven patients developed pulmonary infection over 6 months after renal transplantation.The incidence was 6.7%, The mortality rate was 90.9%. Pulmonary infection in the lateperiod ofter renal transplantation was closely related to the long-term use of immunossuppressive drugs and ballistic therapy of methylprednisololone.The clinical and microbiological diagenosis as well as its prevention and management were discussed.
