厌氧菌与需氧菌胆道感染在色素石成因中的酶组织化学研究

摘要 本文的目的是研究人类和兔胆石症时肝胆系统的酶组织化学改变。结果显示:在实验条件下,厌氧代谢酶活性增加,酸性水解酶活性增加,定位于血管内皮的酶活性下降。后者可能导致血管内皮包括氧和营养物交换的障碍。组织坏死可能是细胞缺氧的主要原因和重要机制。本文也讨论了酶改变与色素石形成之间的关系。 The aim of the present study was to determine the enzymic histochemical changes in.the hepato-biliary system in human and rabbits with cholelithiasis.The result showed:the activity of the engpme during anaerobic metabolism was increased and the activity of acid hydrolase was also increased; and the activity of the enzyme located in the vascular epithelium was decreased Under experimental condition the damage of vascular epithelium might cause the disorder of material exchanges including oxygen and nutrient.The tissue necrosis might be the main factor and impontant mechanism of cell hypoxia.The relationship between the enzymic changes and the formation of the pigment gallstone was also discussed.
