摘要
以α,β,γ,δ-四(5-磺基噻吩)卟啉为柱前衍生试剂,用含10mmol·L-1pH9.0硼酸-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液和2.0×10-3mol·L-1四丁基溴化胺(TBA.Br)的甲醇-水(40:60,v/v)溶液作流动相,检测波长423nm,在C18柱上同时分离和测定了铜、锌两种金属络合物,检出限(S:N=3)分别为0.23ng.ml-1和0.30ng.ml-1,方法用于天然水样分析获得满意结果。
The reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography spectrophotometric determination of copper and zinc withα,β,γ,δ Four(5 sult group thiophene)porlin,as precolumn chelate reagent on Spherex C\-\{18\} column has been investigated. The moving phase is methanol water(40:60,v/v)containing 10 mmol/L borate sodium hydroxide and 2.0×10\+\{-2\}mol.L\+\{-1\}TBA.Br.The 2 complexes can be separated completely within 17 min. The detection limits are 0.23 ng.ml\+\{-1\} and 0.30 ng.ml\+\{-1\} for copper and zinc,respectively,when the ratio of signal to noise is 3,the method has been applied to determination of copper and zinc in sample.
