电容式水分检测是粮食水分检测常用的方法之一,优点是成本低、体积小、检测速度快,缺点是影响因素多、数据处理复杂、重复性差,文中提出了综合考虑多种影响因素的硬件和数据处理方法,并给出了实验结果,为快速粮食水分检测仪的开发,提供了新的线索。

Capacitive moisture content detection is one way of monitoring cereal moisture in common use?Its advantages are of low cost;small volume;high monitoring speed.Its shortages are of more affect factors;complex data process;poor repetition.The article gives hardware that considers many affect factors comprehensively and data processing method.This article also gives experiment result and provides new clue for the method of developing high speed cereal moisture content detector.
