摘要
作者采用人外周血培养细胞微核测定、体外淋转及Ames实验对成都市地面水有机萃取物进行了检测。结果表明,10个采样点的有机萃取物诱发的微核形成率均高于阴性对照(P<0.01;10%DMSO诱导的淋转率为79.41±12.34,5μgMMC诱导的淋转率为40.85±8.15,7个采样点(4、5、6、7、8、9及10)的有机萃取物诱导的淋转率明显低于10%DMSO(P<0.01);2号和9号点的有机萃取物的Ames实验阳性。本文就微核、Ames实验、SCE及淋转实验结果与地面水有机物污染的关系进行了讨论。
Detection of organic extractives from 3 river water of Chengdu was performed by using micronucleus, Iymphocyte transformation and Ames tests. The results showed that micronucleus formation rate was induced significantly higher by the extractives from 10 sample collecting-spots than that by the negative control(P<0.01), the lymphocyte transformation rare was decreased statistically by the extractives from Tsample collectingspots than that by the negative control (P<0.01) , Ames test was positive in No. 9 and 2 spots. The results and the contamination of 3 river water were comprehensively analysed.
